Can I collect my order?

Regrettably we do not offer on-site customer collection due to our warehouse operations.

How long does delivery take?

Various factors like warehouse location and final delivery destination will dictate the shipping time of your order. But typically we aim to ship items to you within 2-4 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs can vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchased. However, in most cases we offer FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. The correct amount of shipping fee will show up at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process and ship your order with 1-2 business days.

Can my delivery be left in a secure location?

If you request your goods to be left in a specific place (without a signature), we are not liable for any theft/damage/loss that may occur with this item ONCE delivery has taken place.

I have ordered more than one item, will they be delivered together?

Due to operating from different serviced warehouses, we cannot guarantee multiple items from the same order will be delivered together, although we try our best to do this.
